creekside kennel policies

Hours of operation

Creekside Kennel is open 8am-5pm, and reservations for boarding are required. There is an onsite office, however the kennel is not staffed 24 hours a day, call-ahead for pick ups/drop offs is required.

kennel waiver:

A waiver for each pet will need to be signed and provided to Creekside staff upon first booking, as well as when a new addition to your family will come stay with us. We require that you supply up to date shot records for Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough).

Responsibilities:

Creekside Kennel assumes no liability for loss or damage from disease, death, escape, theft, fire, injury to person, other pets or property by your pet.

While exercising your dog(s), Creekside Kennel staff will utilize e-collars for field running and GPS tracking.

Each kennel has its own private run and indoor dog box. Our kennels are designed for the utmost safety and security for your dogs.

your pet’s food:

If your pet is staying two weeks or less we recommend bringing the dog’s own food. For extended stays, food can be provided for your pet, however in all situations, we recommend bringing your own dog’s food for their digestive system.

Veterinarian needs:

While in our care, if a medical emergency arises, your pet will be taken to Strasburg Vet Clinic. All expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the pet owner to pay.
